钛制弹性髓内钉固定术治疗尺桡骨骨折患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察钛制弹性髓内钉固定术治疗尺桡骨骨折患儿的效果。方法:选取2018—2020年于该院接受治疗的80例尺桡骨骨折患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。对照组采用钢板内固定术治疗,观察组采用钛制弹性髓内钉固定术治疗。比较两组肘关节功能优良率、疼痛评分和关节活动度。结果:观察组肘关节功能优良率为92.50%(37/40),明显高于对照组的75.00%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分均明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组前臂旋前、前臂旋后、腕背曲和腕背伸角度值均大于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:钛制弹性髓内钉固定术治疗尺桡骨骨折患儿可提高肘关节功能优良率和关节活动度,降低VAS评分,优于钢板内固定术治疗效果。Objective:To observe effects of titanium elastic intramedullary nail fixation in treatment of children with ulna and radius fractures.Methods:80 children with ulna and radius fractures who were treated in this hospital from 2018 to 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with steel plate internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with titanium elastic intramedullary nail fixation.The excellent and good rate of elbow joint function,the pain score and the imaging parameter values were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of elbow joint function in the observation group was 92.50%(37/40),which was significantly higher than 75.00%(30/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment;that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the angles of anterior wall pronation,anterior wall supination,wrist dorsiflexion,and wrist dorsal extension of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Titanium elastic intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of ulna and radius fractures in the children can improve the excellent and good rate of elbow joint function and the levels of imaging parameters,and reduce the VAS score.Moreover,it is superior to steel plate internal fixation.
