基于微信平台的延伸护理在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察基于微信平台的延伸护理在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取88例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各44例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组上给予基于微信平台的延伸护理,比较两组疼痛[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、症状改善[类风湿关节炎病情疾病活动度评价表(DAS28)]评分和生命质量[生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)]评分。结果:护理后,研究组VAS和DAS28评分均低于对照组,躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活和心理功能等GQOLI-74评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理上采用基于微信平台的延伸护理可降低类风湿关节炎患者疼痛评分和症状改善评分,提高生命质量评分,效果优于单纯常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of WeChat platform-based extended nursing on patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:88 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given the WeChat platform-based extended nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The pain[visual analogue score(VAS)]score,the symptom improvement[rheumatoid arthritis disease activity assessment table(DAS28)]score and the quality of life[general quality of life inventory(GQOLI-74)]score were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the VAS and DAS28 scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group;the GQOLI-74 scores of physical function,social function,material life and psychological function were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the WeChat platform-based extended nursing for the patients with rheumatoid arthritis can reduce the pain scores and the symptom improvement scores,and improve the quality of life scores.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
