摘 要:为适应秸秆饲料化应用需求,解决农作物秸秆长时间储存易发生霉变和腐烂的问题,设计了一种青贮秸秆圆捆打捆机,可实现对青贮秸秆的高密度缠网打捆,并配合包膜机包膜处理,形成易储存、易消化吸收的高品质秸秆发酵饲料。为此,进行了青贮秸秆圆捆打捆机的总体结构、关键部件的结构设计,并通过试验验证了设计的可行性。Aiming at the application requirements of straw feed, to solve the problem that crop straw is prone to mildew and rot during long-term storage, this paper studies and designs a silage straw round baler.The equipment can realize the high-density entanglement of bales of silage straws, and cooperate with the coating processing of the coating machine to form a high-quality straw fermented feed that is easy to store, easy to digest and absorb.The equipment mainly includes feeding mechanism, wire mesh wrapping mechanism, bundling forming mechanism, hydraulic system, transmission system and control system.This paper briefly describes the overall structure of the silage straw round baler, the structural design of key components and experimental research.
