摘  要:常规湿法脱硫喷淋塔不符合国家环保标准,需要对其进行流场优化方面的改造。为了获得脱硫喷淋塔加装托盘后的复杂相间流动特性和运行规律,利用计算流体力学方法,建立了某加装托盘脱硫喷淋塔的三维数值模型。本文在计算中采用了k-ε湍流模型和基于欧拉-拉格朗日方法的DPM模型,研究塔内压力、矢量速度、持液层等脱硫喷淋塔内复杂相间流动规律与分布特性。模拟结果显示,加装托盘后的脱硫喷淋塔内压力损失较低,在300 Pa时,同时烟气在轴心区域附近的速度分布均匀,整体流场较为稳定。结果表明:加装的托盘对脱硫喷淋塔内流场有较好的整合优化作用,有利于烟气与吸收剂的充分接触,可以有效提高脱硫喷淋塔内的脱硫效率。此外,加装托盘而导致的阻力损失在可接受范围,由此可以实现经济性和有效性的统一。Conventional wet FGD spray scrubbers do not meet the national environmental standard,and of⁃ten need to be modified for flow field optimization.In this article,a three-dimensional numerical model of an FGD spray scrubber with trays has been established based on computational fluid dynamics in order to obtain the complex interphase flow characteristics and operating rules of the FGD spray scrubber with trays.The k-εturbulence model and the DPM model based on the Euler-Lagrange method are used in the calcula⁃tion to study the complex interphase flow and distribution characteristics of the FGD spray scrubber,such as the pressure,vector velocity,and liquid holding layer in the scrubber.The simulation results show that the pressure loss in the FGD spray scrubber with trays is relatively low,about 300 Pa,and the velocity of the flue gas near the axis area is uniformly distributed,and the overall flow field is relatively stable.The re⁃sults indicate that the trays have a better integration and optimization effect on the flow field in the FGD spray scrubber,which is conducive to the full contact between the flue gas and the absorbent,and can ef⁃fectively improve the desulfurization efficiency in the FGD spray scrubber.In addition,the resistance loss caused by trays is within an acceptable range,so the unity of economy and effectiveness can be achieved.
