摘　　要：国家能源集团贵州福泉发电有限公司针对粉体物料构成的料位测量,研制出粉体物位测量报警装置,本文对物位测量报警装置进行了全面系统介绍,装置适用于开口容器的粉体物位测量,克服粉尘漂浮干扰,采用真实在线测量的方法,将悬跨接线带动转动轮转动,经转动轮的检测孔通过光电传感器转换输出脉冲信号,并通过计数器辨识转动方向,对脉冲信号进行加、减累计计数,实现将长度转换成脉冲信号,并通过仪表显示物位测量结果。独创的测量传感部件设计,使它具有测量、辨向、计数、显示、报警设置的特点,减少测量误差,准确测量物位的真实值,具有较高技术创新价值和推广实用价值。This article introduces the level measurement alarm device for powder material developed by CHN Energy Fuquan Power Generation Co.,Ltd.in a comprehensive and systematical manner.This device is suit⁃able for the powder level measurement of open containers,which overcomes the interference of dust float⁃ing,and adopts the real on-line measurement method.This device adopts suspension jumper wire to drive the rotating wheel to rotate,converts and outputs the pulse signal by the optical sensor through the detec⁃tion hole of the rotating wheel,identifies the rotation direction by the counter,adds/subtracts the pulse sig⁃nals for cumulative counting,realizes the conversion of the length into the pulse signals,and displays the measurement result of the material level by the instrument.Its original measurement sensor components make it have the characteristics of measurement,direction identification,counting,display,and alarm setting,re⁃ducing measurement errors,and accurately measuring the true level value.Thus,this device has high techno⁃logical innovation value and promotion&practical value.
