摘 要:化学药物治疗(简称化疗)是临床治疗肿瘤的主要方法,而肿瘤耐药是限制化疗疗效、导致化疗失败的主要原因。因此,提高肿瘤的化疗敏感性对肿瘤治疗意义重大。N6-甲基腺苷(m^(6)A)修饰是真核生物转录后最常见的RNA内部修饰,可影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移及凋亡。最近有研究表明,m^(6)A修饰也参与了肿瘤耐药性的调控。本文通过综述m^(6)A修饰在肿瘤化疗耐药方面的作用及其机制,以期为临床降低肿瘤耐药性提供新的策略。Chemotherapeutic therapy(chemotherapy)is the main method of clinical tumor therapy,and tumor drug resistance is the main reason for the efficacy limitation of drugs and the failure of chemotherapy.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the sensitivity of tumor to chemotherapy drugs.m^(6)A modification is the most common RNA internal decoration after eukaryotic transcription.It can influence the proliferation,migration and apoptosis of tumor cells.Recent research suggests that m^(6)A modification is also involved in regulation of tumor drug resistance.In this paper,the effect and mechanism of m^(6)A modification on tumor resistance to chemotherapy drugs were reviewed,hoping to provide new strategies for reducing tumor resistance in clinical practice.
