常态化疫情防控下预检分诊护士工作疲溃感调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨常态化疫情防控下预检分诊护士工作疲溃感的影响因素。方法:于2021年4月选取山西省4所三甲医院的110名预检分诊护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、护士工作疲溃量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表进行调查。结果:不同职称、工作部门及睡眠质量的预检分诊护士情感衰竭维度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);不同工作部门的护士去个性化水平维度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同文化程度的护士个人成就感维度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。职称、工作部门、睡眠质量和文化程度是预检分诊护士工作疲溃感的影响因素。结论:管理者应从影响预检分诊护士工作疲溃感的主要因素入手,采取针对性干预措施,缓解护士工作疲溃感,从而保障护理安全。Objective:To explore the influencing factors of work burnout of pre-test and triage nurses under normal epidemic prevention and control.Methods:A total of 110 pre-test and triage nurses from 4 Grade A hospitals in Shanxi Province were selected as the research objects in April 2021.The general data questionnaire,nurse job burnout scale,pittsburgh sleep quality index scale,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were used to investigate.Results:Regression analysis results showed that different title,department,and the sleep quality of preview triage nurses emotional exhaustion dimension comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),different department nurses to personalized level dimension comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),nurse personal accomplishment dimension comparison of different cultural levels,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Professional title,working department,sleep quality and educational level were the influencing factors of job burnout of pre-test and triage nurses.Conclusion:The managers should start with the main factors that affect the sense of exhaustion of pre-test and triage nurses,and take targeted intervention measures to alleviate the sense of exhaustion of nurses,so as to ensure the safety of nursing.
