摘 要:温度敏感型聚合物可以随温度变化而改变分子构象,随之改变其亲疏水特性,从而对钻井液内固相颗粒与聚合物之间的网状结构做出调整。采用温敏单元N-乙烯基己内酰胺(NVCL)和N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAM)为原料,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,合成一种新型温敏共聚物P(NVCL-co-DMAM),表征其分子结构与分子质量及其分布,并研究矿化度、pH值和共聚物质量分数对其低临界溶解温度(LCST)的影响。利用共聚物的温敏特性,研究其对水基钻井液低温流变性的调控能力。结果表明:P(NVCL-co-DMAM)可在4~60℃对深水水基钻井液的流变性进行有效调控,同时该聚合物具有较强的耐温、抗盐能力,可经受钻井液的温度交替变化。The molecular conformation and hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity of temperature-sensitive polymers can be changed at different temperatures,which can be used as additive in drilling fluid to adjust the network structure between clay particles and polymers and improve its rheological property.In this study,a novel temperature-sensitive copolymer P(NVCL-co-DMAM)was synthesized by using temperature-sensitive unit N-vinylcaprolactam(NVCL)and N,N-dimethylacrylamide(DMAM),initiated by azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN).Its molecular structure,molecular weight and distribution were characterized.The effects of salinity,pH value and copolymer concentrations on lower critical solution temperature(LCST)were studied.Based on the temperature-sensitive property of the copolymer,its capability to control the low-temperature rheology of water-based drilling fluid was evaluated.The results show that P(NVCL-co-DMAM)can effectively control the rheology of deep-water water-based drilling fluid in the range of 4-60℃.The copolymer has high temperature and salt tolerance,which can withstand the large temperature alternation during deep-water drilling process.
