无头加压螺钉固定与锁定加压钢板内固定在行踝关节融合术患者中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较无头加压螺钉固定与锁定加压钢板内固定在行踝关节融合术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取76例行踝关节融合术患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各38例。对照组采用锁定加压钢板内固定,研究组采用无头加压螺钉内固定,比较两组相关手术指标水平、治疗优良率和并发症发生率。结果:研究组关节融合时间和住院时间均短于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗优良率为97.37%,高于对照组的76.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为5.26%,低于对照组的31.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无头加压螺钉内固定应用于踝关节融合术患者可缩短关节融合时间和住院时间,降低VAS评分和并发症发生率,以及提高治疗优良率,其效果优于锁定加压钢板内固定。Objective:To compare effects of headless compression screw fixation and locking compression plate internal fixation in patients undergoing ankle arthrodesis.Methods:76 patients undergoing ankle arthrodesis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,38 cases in each.The control group was treated with locking compression plate internal fixation,while the study group was given the headless compression screw fixation.The levels of related surgical indicators,the treatment excellent and good rate and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The joint fusion time and the hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group;the visual analogue scale(VAS)score was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment excellent and good rate in the study group was 97.37%,which was higher than 76.31%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the complication rate in the study group was 5.26%,which was lower than 31.58%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The headless compression screw internal fixation for the patients with ankle arthrodesis can shorten the joint fusion time and the hospitalization time,reduce the VAS score and the incidence of complications,and increase the treatment excellent and good rate.Moreover,it is superior to locking compression plate internal fixation.
