摘 要:枇杷根际土壤用木霉P3.9菌株孢子悬浮液灌根,Illumina平台高通量测序,分析引入木霉P3.9菌株对枇杷根际真菌多样性及其群落组成的影响。结果表明,镰刀菌属Fusarium、短柄镰刀菌Fusarium brachygibbosum是枇杷根际土壤真菌优势种群。添加木霉P3.9菌株没有改变枇杷根际真菌群落多样性,而改变了根际真菌群落组成。添加木霉P3.9菌株10~30 d之间,枇杷根际真菌群落几乎未发生改变。40~90 d之间,枇杷根际真菌群落组成发生改变。添加木霉P3.9菌株90 d之内导致根际真菌数量减少2种。一方面,优势属Mortierella、Trichoderma和非优势属Cladophialophora显著增加,优势种Mortierella alpina和M.exigua也显著增加。另一方面,优势属Phoma、Aspergillus、Lectera和9个非优势属显著降低。优势种Phoma omnivirens、Podospora communis和10个非优势种也显著降低。说明枇杷根际添加木霉P3.9菌株对其根际真菌多样性无不良影响,反而可以改善有益真菌群落物种丰度,减少有害真菌群落物种丰度,对枇杷连作根际土壤有潜在修复作用及肥力提升作用。Rhizospheric soil of loquat was irrigated with Trichoderma P3.9 spore suspension.Fungal diversity and community in rhizospheric soil were tested by high throughput sequencing of Illumina platform.The results showed that the dominant fungi were Fusarium,Fusarium brachygibbosum.Although addition of T.strain P3.9 did not change the diversity of fungi in loquat rhizosphere,but it changed the composition of fungal community.Although the fungal community hardly changed from 10 to 30 days after adding T.strain P3.9,but it changed from 40 to 90 days.The addition of T.strain P3.9 into loquat rhizosphere soil led to the reduction of 2 species of rhizosphere fungi within 90 days.On the one hand,the abundance of dominant genera Mortierella and Trichoderma.and the non-dominant genus Cladophialophora increased significantly.The abundance of dominant species Mortierella alpina and M.exigua also increased significantly.On the other hand,the abundance of dominant genera of Phoma,Aspergillus and Lectera and the 9 non dominant genera decreased significantly.The abundance of 10 nondominant species also decreased significantly.In conclusion,adding T.strain P3.9 had no adverse effect on the diversity of fungi in loquat rhizosphere.On the contrary,it can improve the richness of species of beneficially fungal communities,and reduce the richness of species of harmfully fungal communities.It has potential remediation effect and fertility enhancement of rhizosphere soil for loquat continuous cropping.
