摘 要:BPP值是用来衡量光纤激光器光束质量的重要参数之一。为研究BPP值对切割质量的影响,采用软件模拟仿真和实际切割测试两种方式,理论结合实际,从多方面多角度研究相关因素相互影响关系,找到了不同BPP值对应不同直径割嘴的焦点最佳位置及上限值,并建立了完整的切割数据库。同时通过研究,总结出了不同BPP值情况下,最佳的切割头选型搭配,以此达到最佳的切割效果。The BPP value is one of the important parameters to measure the quality of the fiber laser beam.In order to study the influence of the BPP value on the cutting quality, the two modes including software simulation and actual cutting testing have been adopted. Combining theory with practice, the mutual influence relationship between them has been studied from many aspects and angles while the best focus position and upper limit value of different BPP values corresponding to different diameter cutting nozzles have been found.The complete cutting database has been established. The best cutting head selection and matching under different BPP values have been concluded in order to achieve the best cutting effect.
