摘  要:将机械压力机和液压机的优势进行有效整合而研制出的液压冲床,不但具有机械压力机运行速度快、工作效率高的特点,而且具有液压机工作行程调节范围大、可在任意位置输出全部功率和保持所需压力的特点。油缸采用子母镶套缸结构既可提高滑块运行效率又能通过辅助联锁装置实现模具的保护,还可通过在活塞杆端部设置机械可调节装置满足滑块下死点的重复定位精度要求。伺服的运行曲线设置不但能满足压制速度无级变化的工艺要求,还能做到运行速度的平稳过渡及转换以及滑块停止时无液压冲击。The hydraulic press developed by effectively integrating the advantages of mechanical press and hydraulic press has the characteristics of not only fast operating speed and high working efficiency of mechanical press, but also the large adjustment range, output full power at any position and maintain the required pressure of hydraulic press. The hydraulic cylinder adopts the structure of the sleeve-inlaid cylinder,which can not only improve the operating efficiency of the slide block, but also realize the protection of the die through the auxiliary interlocking device. It can also meet the repeated positioning accuracy requirement of the bottom dead center of the slide by setting a mechanical adjustable device at the end of the piston rod. The servo operating curve setting can not only meet the technological requirements of suppressing infinite speed change, but also achieve a smooth transition and conversion of the operating speed and no hydraulic shock when the slider stops.
