合装加工法在滑块式纵剪机关键零部件加工中的应用

摘　　要：针对滑块式纵剪机频繁出现刀轴研住、刀轴轴承发热、声音大等质量问题,通过现场检测关键零部件的加工精度、合装精度,落实当时操作人员的工件装夹、加工工序、装配工序,确定纵剪机出现质量问题的主要原因;针对问题提出成套的加工工艺方案,通过实践检验新的合装加工法的工作有效性。Quality problems such as grinding of blade shaft, heating of bearing of blade shaft and loud sound frequently occur in slipper longitudinal shearing machine. Through on-site inspection of the processing accuracy and assembly accuracy of key parts, implement the workpiece clamping, processing and assembly procedures of the operators at that time, and determine the main reasons for the quality problems of the longitudinal shearing machine;take out a complete set of processing schemes, and verify the work effectiveness of the new assembly processing method through practice.
