摘  要:为了更好地保护土壤结构,对耕作机械结构进行优化,解决国内现有无驱动型圆盘犁入土困难、驱动型圆盘犁对土壤翻动大及耕层破坏严重等问题,设计了一种新型驱动圆盘犁,并详细介绍了其传动方案、碎土方案及圆盘相关参数等。为了新型驱动圆盘犁各零件能够安全工作,且使设计更加合理,通过SolidWorks完成圆盘犁关键零件的三维建模,运用有限元分析对犁腿和机架进行了静力学分析,并对机架进行了5阶模态分析。通过试验对圆盘犁的实际工作状态进行可行性验证,结果表明:圆盘犁整机符合静力学要求,正常的工作环境下,圆盘犁机架的固有频率避开了所有的外界激振频率,不会出现共振,不会出现影响正常工作的较大变形,在实际工作过程中,能够达到理想的工作效果。所设计的圆盘犁每个圆盘独立驱动,且具有一定的偏角和倾角,减少了土壤的侧向移动,更加符合保护性耕作的原则,可为耕整地机械提供一种适宜的选择。A developed driven disc plow is designed to protect the soil structure better and optimize the structure of tillage machinery in order to solve the cutting-soil problems made by the undriven disc plough,the soil-over-turning problems made by other driven disc plows,as well as the problems about serious damage of the surface soil layer in China.This article expounds transmission scheme,crashing clod scheme,and relevant parameter of the disc ofthe developed driven disc plow.SolidWorks is used for the 3D modeling of the essential parts,making sure a rational design and safe operation.In addition,static analysis on plows and body frame,and fifth order modal analysis on body frame were used.And through the experiment to verify the feasibility of the actual working state of the disc plow.The results show that the developed driven disc plow meets the requirements of statics.Meanwhile,under normal conditions,the natural frequency of the developed driven disc plow avoids all external excitation frequency without any resonance or large deformation that affects normal operation.The disc plough can achieve the ideal working effect in the actual working process.What’s more,each disc of the developed driven disc plows operates separately with a certain drift angle and dip angle,narrowing the sideways movement of the soil,which was in conformity with the principle of conservation tillage.The developed driven disc plow shows potential for cultivated land machinery.
