摘 要:为了实现精准播种,进行播种间距和播种量参数化设计,并基于嵌入式单片机技术,设计了高精度玉米播种机,包括播种控制系统和监测系统。首先,探究播种量、播种机前进速度和排种轴转速之间的关系,建立播种模型;其次,采用PID方法对排种轴进行调速。实验结果表明:控制系统调速精度下限为92.8%。建立播种监测系统,采用光电技术对播种间距和播种量警戒值进行实时监控并对播种机播种间距和播种量精度进行测试,结果表明:间距合格率最低为67.2%,播种精度下限为92.8%。Inorder to achieve intensive precision sowing and parametric design for Spacing of seeding and seeding rate,the Precision seeder was designed based on embedded single chip.The Precision seeder included seeding control system and monitoring system.In the seeding control system,firstly the relationship between seeding rate,speed of seeder and rotation speed of seed metering shaft was achieved,and then,the seeding control model was achieved.Secondly,the speed governing of seed metering shaft was achieved by PID.The experimental results showed that Lower limit of accuracy of the seeding control system was 92.8%.The monitoring system was designed by photoelectric technology,the spacing of seeding and seeding rate were monitored in all time.The spacing of seeding accuracy and seeding rate accuracy was tested,the result showed that Lower limit of seeding spacing pass rate was 67.2%,and Lower limit of seeding accuracy was 92.8%.
