摘 要:为提高深松机作业质量,明确气爆技术在深松作业中的工作效果,设计了气压深松机,优化了深松铲结构,并进行作业效果田间试验。深松机应用气压控制系统将周期性高压气体通过导气管传送至深松铲出气口处,从而完成气压深松作业。以土壤扰动系数、膨松度与碎土率作为评价指标,进行松机作业质量田间试验,结果表明:气压深松机深松作业后,土壤膨松度为15.4%,土壤扰动系数为52.3%,地表以下10cm内碎土率达到54.6%,全耕层内碎土率可以达到66.2%,满足耕作要求。In order to improve the operation quality of subsoiler and clarify the effect of gas explosion technology in subsoiling operation,this paper designs a pneumatic subsoiler,optimizes the structure of subsoiler shovel,and carries out field test of operation effect.The subsoiler uses a pneumatic control system to transmit periodic high-pressure gas through the air duct to the air outlet of the subsoiler,thus completing the pneumatic subsoiling operation.In this paper,the disturbance coefficient of soil,the degree of swelling and the rate of crushing soil are taken as the evaluation indexes,and the field test of loosening machine operation quality is carried out.The results show that the soil swelling degree is 15.4%and the soil disturbance coefficient is 52.3%after deep loosening by pneumatic subsoiler.The rate of soil breakage in 10 cm below the surface reached 54.6%,and that in the whole tillage layer reached 66.2%,which met the requirements of cultivation.This study provides a reference for deep loosening of loose soil by gas explosion with high pressure gas.
