摘　　要：以自动修剪机运行参数监控系统为研究对象,基于信息采集技术,搭建一种通过位置传感器、角度传感器实现的运行过程参数监控系统。修剪机自动工作过程中,参数监控系统进行修剪机运行参数采集,并与控制系统中的设定值进行比对,进行插补控制指令修正,实现修剪机运行过程的闭环控制。系统运行参数采集分析表明:自动修剪机运行过程中的转动角度、位移、速度及加速度等参数与系统设定值基本相符,但随着修剪过程的推移,实际运行参数与系统初始设定值之间偏差会逐渐增大。This paper takes the monitoring system of automatic pruning machine operation parameters as the research object,through the analysis of automatic pruning of pruning machine,based on information collection technology,build a monitoring system of operation process parameters through position sensor and angle sensor.In the automatic working process of the trimmer,this parameter monitoring mentality collects the operation parameters of the trimmer,compares them with the set values in the control system,corrects the interpolation control instructions,and realizes the closed-loop control of the operation process of the trimmer.Through the collection and analysis of the system operation parameters,the rotation angle,displacement,speed,acceleration and other parameters during the operation of the automatic trimmer are basically consistent with the system set value.With the progress of the trimming process,the deviation between the actual operation parameters and the initial set value of the system will gradually increase.
