摘  要:云南电网部分运行方式下新能源占比已经超过50%,新能源参与调频迫在眉睫。本文通过分析云南电网频率现状,根据其频率超上限较多的情况,重新整定其一次调频下垂曲线,并在当前云南电网风机控制方式下,改进其最大功率运行方式,使其在限功率模式下参与系统的一次调频。在此基础上,为风机设计虚拟惯量控制,使其对系统的频率变化响应更为迅速,以满足系统的动态响应需求。最后,通过划分转速区域,设计不同的运行方式,使风机具有参与调频的能力,并通过仿真对设计的控制系统进行了对比验证,进一步说明该策略的有效性。Under the partial operation mode of Yunnan Power Grid,the proportion of renewable energy has exceeded 50%,and it is imminent for renewable energy to participate in frequency modulation.In this paper,by analyzing the current situation of frequency frequent exceeding the upper limit of Yunnan Power Grid,readjusts primary frequency regulation droop curve,and improves the maximum power point tracking mode to enable the wind turbine to participate in the primary frequency modulation of the power grid in power-limited mode.On this basis,the virtual inertia control is designed for the wind turbines to make it respond more quickly to the frequency change to meet the dynamic response requirements of the system.Finally,by dividing the speed zone,designing different operation modes to ensure that wind turbines can participate in frequency modulation,and comparing and verifying the designed control system through simulation,further illustrating the effectiveness of the strategy.
