摘  要:针对传统电力调度督办系统存在的线下操作环节多、过程管理能力弱和系统管理相对封闭的问题,设计适用于实时和非实时业务的新一代电力调度综合管理督办系统。搭建新督办系统的功能架构,提出任务督办的运作程序,研究基于模型转换和目标控制算法的任务智能处理技术,提高系统智能化程度;增设过程推进工具,提高督办任务处理效率;通过调度内部系统信息自动感应和关联查询的技术,实现通用信息共享,改变系统相对封闭的局面。结果表明,该系统可实现督办任务处理效率和整体完成率大幅提升的目标,所提方法在综合管理日常事务性工作中具有较强的实用和推广价值。Aiming at the problems of many offline operations,weak process management ability and relatively closed system management in the traditional power dispatching supervision system,a new generation power dispatching comprehensive management supervision system using for real-time and non-real-time business is designed.The functional framework of the new supervision system was built,and the task supervision operation procedure was proposed.The task intelligence processing technology based on model conversion and target control algorithm were studied to improve the degree of system intelligence.Process promotion tools were added to improve the efficiency of supervision tasks.Through the technology of automatic sensing and related query of internal system information in the dispatching,universal information sharing was realized and the relatively closed situation of the system was changed.Results show that the system can achieve the goal of greatly improved supervising tasks’efficiency and the overall completion rate.The proposed method has strong practical and popularizing value in the comprehensive management of daily affairs.
