摘　　要：学校心理咨询对于培养全面发展的现代化人才有着重要的意义。罗夏墨迹测验作为一种投射性人格测验,在学校心理咨询中的优势主要表现为:以图片为测验内容可以降低学生的紧张感、阻抗和防御,避免对测试内容理解不当或刻意伪装造成测验结果失真;测验过程的趣味性可以有效将学生的注意力稳定在测验任务上,降低疲劳感;在敏感话题上以图片为媒介进行对话有助于建立良好的咨询关系;测验结果的整体性人格描述可以拓展学校发展性心理咨询的实践领域。罗夏墨迹测验在学校心理咨询中的局限性主要表现为:难以通过短期内的重复测验来进行咨询效果的比较;在团体施测中存在较大困难;较高的施测成本会限制该测验的使用。School counseling plays an important role in cultivating modernized talents.As a projective personality test,Rorschach Inkblot Test has several advantages in school counseling.All of test contents are images,which could eliminate students tension,resistance and defense,and avoid certain inaccurate results caused by misunderstanding or intentional camouflage.The enjoyment of the test procedure makes students attention stable on the test and reduce their fatigue.Establishing the dialogue of some sensitive topics based on the test images could enhance a good counseling relationship.The overall description of personality presented by the test results will widen the development field of school counseling.The limitations of the test are focused on three aspects.It cannot compare the results with a second time test in a short time and it has some difficulties in group testing.The high testing cost also restricts its utilization.
