融媒体视阈下强化警察执法权威的对策研究

摘　　要：媒体融合纵深发展的国家战略背景下,建设社会主义法治国家必须强化警察执法权威。警察执法权威是国家法律权威和政治权威的直接表现,最终取决于公众对警察的信任支持和认同服从。在客观审视融媒体视阈下警察执法权威的困境及原因分析的基础上,要在努力打造高水平公安融媒体队伍中强化警察执法权威的政治威严,通过加快构建公安融媒传播新格局来推动警察执法权威的自觉信任,依靠不断完善的涉警舆情危机管理体系提升警察执法权威的价值认同,最终实现融媒体视阈下强化警察执法权威的目的。Under the national strategic background of the in-depth development of media convergence,police law enforcement authority must be strengthened to build a socialist country under the rule of law.Police law enforcement authority is the direct expression of national legal authority and political authority,which ultimately depends on the public’s trust,support,recognition and obedience to the police.On the basis of objectively examining the dilemma and cause analysis of police law enforcement authority from the perspective of media convergence,a high-level public security media convergence team should be built to strengthen the political authority of police law enforcement authority,and promote the conscious trust of police law enforcement authority by accelerating the construction of a new pattern of public security media convergence communication,relying on the continuous improvement of the public opinion crisis management system related to the police,to improve the value recognition of the police law enforcement authority,and finally to strengthen the police law enforcement authority from the perspective of financial media.
