摘　　要：随着大数据时代的不断发展,数据化对社会生活影响的不断深入,反侦查行为在当今时代的发展变化、防范应对等相关研究也应引起我们的重视,特别是目前“互联网+传统犯罪”、电信网络新型违法犯罪、经济类犯罪等犯罪类型的演化发展,反侦查行为呈现出科技化、提前化、识别难度增大、组织化程度增强等特点,侦查工作的难度不断升级,因此我们需要提升侦查机关对于大数据的应用能力,培养复合型侦查人才,加强对反侦查行为的识别、预警和分析,对犯罪分子的反侦查行为做出有力回应和有效打击。With the continuous development of the big data era and the deepening of the impact of data on social life,we should also pay attention to the relevant research on the development and change of anti-investigation behavior in the contemporary era,and its prevention and response,especially the evolution and development of current“Internet+traditional crime”,illegal crimes in telecommunications networks and economic crimes.The anti-investigation behavior presents the characteristics of science and technology,advancement,increased difficulty in identification and increased degree of organization,and the difficulty of investigation is escalating.Therefore,we need to improve the application ability of investigation organs for big data,cultivate compound investigation talents,and strengthen the identification,early warning and analysis of anti-investigation behavior,and make a strong response and effective attack on the criminal’s anti-investigation behavior.
