摘  要:国省道公路是我国各级道路中交通事故频发的重点区域,也是各级公安道路交通管理部门开展交通安全管理的难点。对国省道路交通安全管理与事故预防现状进行深度解析,确立系统科学的国省道路交通安全管理与事故预防研究内容和目标,将海因里希法则与交通安全管理实践进行深度融合,最终形成完善的国省道路交通安全管理与事故预防策略,从工程技术、行业管理、安全执法以及宣传教育等多方面共同作用,对减少国省道交通安全隐患和危险度、控制交通事故数量和损害后果具有重要的理论研究意义,对拓展交通安全管理思维、进行交通事故预防实践具有广泛的推广价值。National and provincial roads are the key areas with frequent traffic accidents in roads at all levels in China,and it is also the difficulty for public security road traffic management departments at all levels to carry out traffic safety management.Through in-depth analysis of the current situation of national and provincial road traffic safety management and accident prevention,establish systematic and scientific research contents and objectives of national and provincial road traffic safety management and accident prevention,deeply integrate Heinrich’s Law with traffic safety management practice,and finally form a perfect national and provincial road traffic safety management and accident prevention strategy.The joint action of engineering technology,industry management,safety law enforcement and publicity and education has important theoretical research significance for reducing the hidden dangers and risks of traffic safety on national and provincial roads,controlling the number and damage consequences of traffic accidents,and has extensive promotion value for expanding traffic safety management thinking and traffic accident prevention practice.
