摘　　要：2020年影响因子的统计情况表明,公安学术期刊的影响力整体偏低,与期刊所属的行业地位和承担的社会责任不相匹配。根据影响因子的计算方法,以发表高质量论文为根本遵循,论述了两条增加被引频次、提升公安学术期刊影响力的路径:一是刊发符合国家政策或社会(行业)热点的论文、学科前沿或交叉学科论文、重大项目研究成果论文、知名学者专家撰写的综述性论文;二是合理设置期刊栏目,创新内容的传播手段,以拓展受众范围。采用这两条路径,有利于打造品牌公安学术期刊,促进公安事业的高水平发展。The statistics of influence factors in 2020 show that the influence of public security academic journals is generally low,which does not match the industry status and social responsibilities of the journals.According to the calculation method of the influence factor and following the publication of high-quality papers,this paper discusses two ways to improve the number of citation and the influence of public security academic journals:One is to publish papers in line with national policies or social(industry)hot topics,disciplinary frontier or cross-disciplinary papers,papers on major project research results,and review papers written by well-known scholars and experts;The second is to set up periodical columns reasonably,innovate the means of content communication,in order to expand the scope of audience.Adopting these two ways is conducive to building a brand of public security academic journals and promoting the high-level development of public security.
