摘　　要：信息化已成为社会的一种基本生活形态,公安民警要适应日益变化的工作要求,必须具备相应信息素养。信息素养的缺失会误导民警的认知,损害民警履职尽责的能力。因此,准确评估和科学提升民警信息素养非常必要和迫切。针对四川省公安干警的信息素养现状进行的测评,设计、开发的指标体系和评估工具借鉴了当前国内外的信息素养评价体系的基础上,并创新融入了公安民警的行业特征和行业需求,样本量为1200余名,分析维度涵盖警种、地域、性别以及年龄等多个方面。评测分析结果显示:受测民警的整体表现一般,民警信息素养相对于技术发展具有一定的滞后性;民警年龄都是对信息素养水平影响显著的一个重要因素;地域差异反映的信息素养水平差异正在不断的缩小。因此,民警的信息捕捉、信息利用等技能的提高需加快步伐,就培训而言,需要制定更有针对性和实用性的方案,考虑年龄、性别、地域的差异。Informationization has become a basic living form of society,requiring police officers to equip with the comparatively high information literacy.The lack of information literacy not only impairs police officers’cognition of the world,but also jeopardize their working ability.Thus,the information literacy evaluation and improvement for police officers are in urgent.An information literacy evaluation of police in Sichuan province is conducted.The index system and evaluation tool are based on the current information literacy evaluation system at home and abroad,and innovatively integrated into the industry characteristics and needs of police.The sample size is more than 1200,and the analysis dimension covers multiple aspects such as police type,region,gender and age.The results show that the overall performance of the police under test is average,and the of the police lags behind the development of technology.The age of the police is an important factor that has a significant influence on the level of information literacy.Differences of information literacy influenced by the region is narrowing.In sum,the training of information capture and information application should be emphasized.The more practical and targeted training strategy should be implemented,taking age,gender and area into the consideration.
