摘　　要：随着微创技术的发展,较之传统手术,内镜下治疗术后相关并发症在治疗效果、并发症均具有优势,在临床上已经广泛应用。近年来,经内镜OTSC系统治疗消化道出血、修补穿孔和瘘已有成熟经验,在处理胃手术后并发症方面也取得了良好的疗效,逐渐为外科医生所接受。该文综述了OTSC系统治疗胃手术后吻合口漏(瘘)的疗效和安全性,为临床推广提供一些参考。With the development of minimally invasive technology,compared with traditional surgery,endoscopic treatment of postoperative complications has advantages in terms of therapeutic effect and complications,which has been widely used in clinical.In recent years,endoscopic OTSC system has had mature experience in the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding,the repair of perforation and fistula.And it has achieved good efficacy in the treatment of complications after gastric surgery,which has gradually been accepted by surgeons.This paper reviews the efficacy and safety of OTSC system in the treatment of anastomotic leakage(fistula)after gastric operation and provides some references for clinical application.
