摘　　要：中欧科技合作是中欧全面战略伙伴关系的核心内容。在中美局势紧张、中美在高技术等领域合作受限的情况下,中欧关系显得尤为重要。本文对2019年中欧科技合作情况开展了年度监测。结果显示,中欧双方科技合作发展稳定,在多领域签署了合作协议,资助设立了多类合作项目,科研人员交流往来密切,建设基地平台种类丰富,宣传活动的举办也对双方科技合作产生了有益的影响。Cooperation in science,technology and innovation(STI)is one of the key aspects for China-EU comprehensive strategic partnership.Considering the current tension between China and the US,and the US’restrictions in high-tech areas on China,developing relationship with the EU become particularly significant.This paper monitors the China-EU STI cooperation status in 2019.The result shows that a steady partnership has been formed between the two sides,numbers of cooperation agreements were signed,projects were funded in various research areas,scientific personnel frequently communicated and exchanged,cooperation platform were actively established,and the publicity activities have also supported the development of China-EU STI cooperation.
