摘　　要：分析船舶柴油机冒黑烟故障现象,对该柴油机的进气系统、燃油系统、排气系统进行分析,发现该柴油机喷油泵柱塞严重磨损、空气滤器脏堵、喷油提前角过迟、是导致排气冒黑烟的主要原因,经过轮机人员对故障原因分析,提出了合理检修策略,更换了喷油泵柱塞,清洗了空气滤器,调整了喷油提前角,柴油机最终恢复正常工作.This paper analyzes the black smoke fault phenomenon of marine diesel engine,and analyzes the intake system,fuel system and exhaust system of the diesel engine.It is found that the serious wear of fuel injection pump plunger,dirty and blocked air filter and too late injection advance angle are the main causes of black smoke in exhaust.After analyzing the fault causes,the marine engineers put forward reasonable maintenance strategies,The plunger of the fuel injection pump was replaced,the air filter was cleaned,the fuel injection advance angle was adjusted,and the diesel engine finally returned to normal operation.
