二氧化锰的制备及其甲基橙脱色性能研究

摘  要:采用加热回流法制备了二氧化锰纳米线催化剂,利用XRD、SEM、TEM和BET等表征手段对催化剂的结构、形貌等进行了表征.将制备的二氧化锰用于处理甲基橙模拟的印染废水,考察了反应时间、催化剂投加量、甲基橙浓度,溶液pH等因素对降解甲基橙的影响.实验结果表明,在30℃下,当pH=1.71、OMS-2投加量为5 mg、甲基橙初始浓度为20 mg/L、100 mL;反应时间为110 min时,脱色率可达98.87%OMS-2处理甲基橙溶液,最高脱色率可达98.87%.The manganese dioxide nanowire was prepared by the reflux method, and the structure and morphology of the catalyst were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and BET characterizations. The prepared manganese dioxide was used to treat dyeing wastewater simulated by methyl orange. The effects of reaction time, catalyst dosage, methyl orange concentration, solution pH and other factors on the degradation of methyl orange were investigated. The experimental results show that at 30 ℃,when pH=1.71,the dosage of OMS-2 is 5 mg, the initial concentration of methyl orange is 20 mg/L with a volume of 100 mL;when the reaction time is 110 min, the decolorization rate can reach 98.87%.
