摘 要:为研究厚煤层综放开采时矿上压力显现规律及选择合适的液压支架型号,采用理论分析、数值模拟、现场实测等手段分析某矿8202工作面开采时矿压显现规律、顶底板塑性区变化特征,选择合适的液压支架型号并进行支架适应性验证研究。结果表明:工作面开采后,顶板出现塑性区,随着工作面推进距离增大,底板受最大水平应力的影响发生塑性破坏;理论计算得到支架工作阻力大于11945 kN、支护强度大于0.63 MPa,结合现场实际应用数据选择ZFY18000/25/39D型液压支架。In order to study mining pressure behavior law and select the suitable hydraulic support during the fully mechanized of thick seam,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement were used to analyze mining pressure behavior law and the variation of the roof-to-floor plastic zone during the mining of 8202 working face,the suitable hydraulic support was selected and the support adaptability verification study was conducted.The results showed that after mining,the roof plastic zone appeared,and the advancing distance of working face was increased,the floor plastic failure was happened under the influence of the maximum horizontal stress.Theoretical calculation showed that the working resistance of the support was greater than 11945 kN,and the support strength was greater than 0.63 MPa,and the ZFY18000/25/39D hydraulic support was selected by combining with the actual application data on site.
