摘  要:CMZY2-400/35型钻装锚一体机钻臂采用万向臂结构可快速灵活地实现打炮眼、锚杆眼,由于万向臂支撑的凿岩机以57 Hz的频率冲击岩壁,对万向臂施加了周期激励。为校核万向臂动力学特性,通过对其典型工况进行分析,得出10种基本工况,并在此10种工况下采用SolidWorks和ANSYS软件对万向臂进行了模态分析,结果表明,该万向臂1~6阶固有频率远小于凿岩机的冲击频率,不会发生共振现象,满足设计要求。The universal arm used in the drill boom of the CMZY2-400/35 drilling,loading and anchoring integrated machine can quickly and flexibly achieve to drill the blast hole and anchor hole.Since the rock drill supported by the universal arm striked the rock wall at a frequency of 57 Hz,the periodic excitation was applied to the universal arm.In order to check the dynamic characteristics of the universal arm,ten basic working conditions are obtained by analyzing its typical working conditions.Under these ten working conditions,the modal analysis of the universal arm is carried out by using SolidWorks and ANSYS software.The results show that the 1~6 natural frequencies of the universal arm are far less than the impact frequency of the rock drill.Resonance will not occur and the universal section arm meet the design requirements.
