摘  要:准确分析地层漏失原因和确定漏层深度是保障堵漏成功的关键。以莺琼盆地W区块为研究对象,根据发生漏失时的作业工况、漏失情况描述、漏失特征、漏速、漏失时的钻井液密度、ECD大小、憋压憋扭矩状况、岩性描述的统计结果,发现莺琼盆地高温高压井漏失主要地层为黄流组二段,主要原因为循环当量密度较大导致压裂性漏失。根据井漏发生后漏层以上排量减小、返速降低,导致耗时增长的特征,进行了漏层位置预测,其结果与测井成像结果吻合。研究结果为防漏堵漏提供了依据,保证了现场安全高效钻井。Accurate analysis of formation leakage causes and determination of leakage zone depth are the key to successful plugging.Taking Block W in Yingqiong Basin as the study object,according to the statistical results of operating conditions during leakage,leakage situation description,leakage characteristics,leakage velocity,drilling fluid density during leakage,ECD size,holding torque condition and lithology description,it is found that the main formation of high-temperature and high-pressure leakage in Yingqiong Basin is the Second Member of Huangliu Formation and the main reason is fracturing leakage caused by high circulation equivalent density.Based on decreased discharge above the leakage zone,decreased return speed after leakage,and the time-consuming growth,the leakage zone location is predicted,and the results are consistent with well logging imaging results.The research results provide a basis for leakage prevention and plugging,ensuring safe and efficient drilling on site.
