稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗糖尿病合并心律失常的疗效及对患者心室重构的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗糖尿病合并心律失常的疗效及对心室重构的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年8月本院收治的116例糖尿病合并心律失常患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各58例。对照组采用常规降糖及胺碘酮治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合稳心颗粒治疗,比较两组临床疗效、心室重构、心功能指标。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为96.55%,显著高于对照组的86.21%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组LVEDD、LVESD均低于治疗前,LVEF高于治疗前,且治疗组LVEDD、LVESD均低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗糖尿病合并心律失常效果显著,可显著降糖与改善心律失常,有助于心室重构,且联合用药不良反应较少,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate efficacy of stable cardiac particles combined with amiodarone in patients with diabetes and arrhythmia and its effect on ventricular reconstruction.Methods 116 patients with diabetes and arrhythmia from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected as reseach subjects,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group used conventional blood glucose reduction and amiodarone for treatment,and the treatment group was combined with stable cardiac particles on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,ventricular remodeling,and cardiac function indexes between the two groups were compared.Results The total efficiency in the treatment group was 96.55%,which was significantly higher than 86.21%in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the LVEDD and LVESD of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the LVEF was higher than before treatment.The LVEDD and LVESD of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the LVEF was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stable cardiac particles combined with amiodarone treat diabetes with arrhythmia,which can significantly reduce sugar and improve arrhythmia,contribute to ventricular remodeling,and the combined medication has fewer adverse reactions and high safety,which is worth clinical application.
