摘 要:以某矿开采地质条件为依托,建立FLAC;数值模型,其模型参数来自于煤岩参数试验,通过分析不同阶段的超前支承压力效果图可以得出工作面直接顶初次来压可能出现在距开切眼45m,基本顶初次垮落距离开切眼65m的位置;超前支承压力的显著影响范围大约为13m,在采空区前方大约7m的位置出现8.83Mpa的压力峰值;工作面前方超前支承压力值相对较小,有利于顶板管理及煤壁稳定性控制;利用现场实测验证了数值模拟超前支承压力分布规律的合理性。设计实验研究物理模型,分析开挖时的垮落形态和位移监测数据,可以得出采场覆岩运移规律。数值模拟和相似模拟所得到的直接顶初次来压和基本顶初次垮落距离开切眼的长度是高度吻合的。Based on the geological conditions of mining to a Coal Mine,the numerical model of FLAC3 D is created,and the parameters come from the coal-rock parameter testing.By analyzing the renderings of advanced support pressure for the different stages,it can be concluded that the initial pressure on the direct top of mining face may first appear 45 m away from the open-off cut and the initial caving distance of the basic top is 65 m away from the open-off cut;there are 13 m with the significant influence range of advance supporting pressure,and the peak pressure of 8.83 Mpa appearing in the position of about 7 m in front of the goaf;the leading supporting pressure values are relatively small in front of mining face,which is good for roof management and controlling stability of coal wall.The rationality of the distribution law of the leading bearing pressure with numerical simulation calculated is verified by field measurement.The physical model is designed experimentally,and the falling pattern and displacement monitoring data during excavation are analyzed to find out the law of overlying strata movement.Numerical simulations and similar simulations show that the distance of the direct top initial compression and the initial collapse of the basic top to the open-off cut are highly consistent.
