摘  要:在压力传感器及压力相关仪表的采集测试中,不同激励方式下,传感器的响应特性曲线各不相同。为了更好地实现压力采集测试,应用数学信号处理技术编辑均匀分布、正态分布等随机函数,以模拟压力仪表的随机激励信号,进行系统性的采集测试。为了更好地模拟和显示测试效果,调用USART HMI触摸屏进行压力数据的实时显示。从触摸屏显示控件的显示参数设置、控件属性含义、压力曲线工程创建过程、单片机串口发送软件程序设计等几个方面,详细阐述了数字化随机函数在压力采集测试中的触摸屏曲线显示过程。经过压力传感器及触摸屏的实物测试,此方法可以有效提升压力计量仪表和设备的测试效率,达到了预期的设计效果。In the acquisition and testing of pressure sensors and pressure related instruments,the response characteristic curves of sensors are different under different excitation modes.In order to better realize the pressure acquisition and testing,mathematical signal processing technology is used to edit random functions such as uniform distribution and normal distribution to simulate the random excitation signals of pressure instruments and carry out systematic acquisition and testing.In order to better simulation and display test effect,HMI touch screen is called for real-time display of pressure data.The display process of touch screen curve of digital random function in pressure acquisition test is described in detail from the display parameter setting of touch screen display control,the meaning of control attribute,the process of pressure curve engineering creation,the serial port sending program of single chip microcomputer,etc.Through the physical test of pressure sensor and touch screen,this method can effectively improve the test efficiency of pressure measuring instrument and equipment,and achieve the expected design effect.
