摘　　要：山东省某污水处理厂采用AAO处理工艺,采用德国FLOTTWEG脱水机进行污泥处理。因设备长期运行,部分功能缺失。为了提高污泥处理效果,通过对脱水机增加变频器控制、差速自动调控、振动报警、轴温报警等技术改造和系统优化措施,实现污泥脱水系统设备的稳定运行,提高了污泥处理效率,达到了节能降耗的效果。A sewage treatment plant in Shandong Province adopts AAO treatment process and Germany FLOTTWEG centrifugal dehydrator for sludge treatment.Due to the long-term operation of the equipment and the lack of some functions,in order to improve the sludge treatment effect,the technical transformation and system optimization measures such as frequency converter control,differential regulation,vibration alarm and temperature alarm are added to the dehydrator to realize the stable operation of the sludge dewatering system equipment,improve the sludge treatment efficiency and achieve the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.
