摘  要:介绍了秦山二期汽机调门双LVDT改造的安装、调试经验。秦山二期1、2号机组汽机主调门是单LVDT和单调门控制卡设计,在日常运行期间出现多次调门控制卡故障,导致机组瞬态以及LVDT异常致调门控制波动的情况,严重影响安全稳定运行。为解决上述问题,在秦山二期DEH改造期间,对汽机调门进行了双LVDT以及双调门控制卡改造。改造后的实验结果表明,增加冗余的LVDT之后,系统稳定性大幅提升,达到减少调门异常波动的目的。The installation and commissioning experience of the double LVDT retrofit of the Qinshan second-stage steam turbine governing valve is introduced.The main regulator of Qinshan Unit 1 and Unit 2 was designed with a single LVDT and single regulator control card.During daily operation,there were several instances of regulator control card failure leading to unit transients and LVDT abnormalities leading to regulator control fluctuations,which seriously affected safe and stable operation.In order to solve the above problems,during the Qinshan II DEH renovation,the steam engine regulator was modified with dual LVDT and dual regulator control cards.The experimental results after the retrofit showed that the system stability was significantly improved after the addition of redundant LVDTs.The aim of reducing abnormal fluctuations in the regulator was achieved.
