摘 要:高校实验室突发事故发生后,为准确获取灾情信息,实现快速响应和紧急救援,研究救援现场风险信息快速采集技术,按固有信息和动态信息对风险信息进行分类和编码,建立实验室风险信息采集传输系统,以某高校实验室着火事件为例,模拟应急响应全过程。结果表明:风险信息采集传输系统实现了信息的实时采集与上报以及救援资源的合理分配与管理,研究结果可促进高校实验室应急服务领域的技术进步和创新。In order to accurately obtain the information about the disaster situation and achieve the rapid response and emergency rescue after an unexpected accident of laboratories in the colleges and universities occurs,the risk information was classified and coded according to the inherent information and dynamic information,then an acquisition and transmission system of risk information of the laboratories was established,and the whole process of emergency response was simulated by taking a fire incident in a laboratory of colleges and universities as an example.The results showed that the acquisition and transmission system of risk information realized the real-time collection and reporting of information and the reasonable allocation and management of rescue resources,which can promote the technological progress and innovation in the field of emergency services for the laboratories in the colleges and universities.
