摘　　要：目的:观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)儿童认知障碍的发生情况,从而分析其临床特征。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年12月南通大学附属常州儿童医院儿内科收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征儿童31例作为观察组,将同期收治的正常儿童31例作为对照组,分别采用注意力评分量表(SNAP-IV)和注意力视听整合连续测试系统(IVA-CPT)作为注意力和控制力评价的指标。结果:1)注意力评分量表SNAP-IV比较,OSAHS患儿与正常儿童相比,注意力、控制力评分显著高于正常儿童,说明OSAHS患儿具有一定的注意力障碍,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2)注意力视听整合连续测试系统(IVA-CPT)比较,OSAHS与正常儿童相比注意力、控制力评分均显著低于正常儿童,说明OSAHS患儿具有一定的注意力视听障碍,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:OSAHS患儿表现出明显的注意力、控制力下降,早期发现并且进行有效干预,可以减少伴发注意缺陷多动障碍的可能。Objective:To observe the occurrence of cognitive impairment in children with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome(OSAHS)and analyze its clinical features.Methods:A total of 31 children with OSAHS admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Changzhou Children′s Hospital affiliated to Nantong University from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 31 normal children admitted during the same period were selected as the control group.Attention Rating Scale(SNAP-IV)and Continuous Audiovisual Integration Test System(IVA-CPT)were used to evaluate the attention and control force.Results:1)In the comparison of attention score scale(SNAP-IV),the attention and control force scores of children with OSAHS were significantly higher than those of normal children,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05);2)In the comparison of Continuous Audiovisual Integration Test System(IVA-CPT),the attention and control force scores of children with OSAHS were significantly lower than those of normal children,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Children with OSAHS show a significant decrease in attention and control force,and early detection and effective intervention can reduce the possibility of associated attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
