摘　　要：目的:探讨在校医学生噩梦体验的流行病学资料及其影响因素。方法:采用“噩梦经历问卷”和自编“一般资料及噩梦影响因素调查问卷”对490名医学生进行问卷调查。结果:357(72.86%)名医学生过去1年曾有噩梦体验,不同性别医学生过去1年噩梦体验比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),农村生源医学生过去1年噩梦体验比例高于城镇生源医学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。影响医学生噩梦体验的因素为:农村生源地(OR=1.682,P=0.023)、自我期望高(OR=0.612,P=0.011)、饮茶频繁(OR=1.888,P=0.001)、喜爱食用奶制品(OR=1.497,P=0.005)、吸烟频繁(OR=0.436,P<0.001)、睡前使用手机上网(OR=0.326,P<0.001)。结论:医学生噩梦体验频率较高且受多方面因素影响。Objective:To investigate the epidemiological data and influencing factors of nightmare experience of medical students in school.Methods:A total of 490 medical students were investigated by nightmare experience questionnaire and general information and nightmare influencing factors questionnaire.Results:357(72.86%)medical students had nightmare experience in the past year,and there was no significant difference between different genders(P>0.05).The proportion of rural medical students with nightmare experience in the past year was higher than that of urban medical students,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The influencing factors of nightmare experience of medical students are:coming from rural areas(OR=1.682,P=0.023),high self-expectation(OR=0.612,P=0.011),drinking tea frequently(OR=1.888,P=0.001),preference to dairy products(OR=1.497,P=0.005),frequent smoking(OR=0.436,P<0.001),using mobile phone to surf the Internet before going to bed(OR=0.326,P<0.001).Conclusion:The incidence of nightmare experience in medical students is high and affected by many factors.
