摘 要:研究了锡林郭勒褐煤在超临界水和N_(2)气氛下,以及K_(2)CO_(3),FeS+S和KOH三种催化剂分别作用下的液化性能,并与其在供氢溶剂四氢萘和H_(2)气氛下的液化性能进行比较。结果表明:锡林郭勒褐煤在供氢溶剂四氢萘和H_(2)气氛下具有较高的液化活性,在420℃、无催化剂条件下褐煤的液化转化率和油水气收率分别为76.8%和51.0%;而在相同温度、添加5%甲酸的超临界水和N_(2)气氛下,褐煤的液化转化率和油水气收率分别降为32.0%和29.2%,且褐煤液化主要转化为附加值高的油气部分。K_(2)CO_(3),FeS+S和KOH三种催化剂对锡林郭勒褐煤在超临界水中液化都具有较好的催化活性,按催化活性由高到低排序为K_(2)CO_(3),FeS+S,KOH;420℃时K_(2)CO_(3)对锡林郭勒褐煤具有最好的催化效果,褐煤的液化转化率和油水气收率最高,分别为46.5%和42.2%。气氛对锡林郭勒褐煤在超临界水中的液化性能具有较大的影响,在CO气氛下锡林郭勒褐煤的液化活性最高,420℃时褐煤的液化转化率和油水气收率最高,分别为52.2%和44.4%。这是由于在CO气氛下能够发生水煤气变换反应,可以为液化过程提供原位活性H,从而促进了油气收率和液化转化率的提高。The catalytic liquefaction properties of the Xilingol lignite with K_(2)CO_(3),FeS+S and KOH catalysts,respectively,in the supercritical water and N_(2) atmosphere were investigated and the obtained liquefaction properties were compared with those of the Xilingol lignite in the tetralin and H_(2) atmosphere.The results show that the Xilingol lignite has a high liquefaction activity in the tetralin and H_(2) atmosphere,and the liquefaction conversion and OWG(oil+water+gas)yield reaches 76.8%and 51.0%,respectively,at 420℃without catalyst.The liquefaction conversion and OWG yield decrease to 32.0%and 29.2%,respectively,for the liquefaction of the Xilingol lignite in the supercritical water and N_(2) atmosphere at the same temperature,and the formation of oil and gas is dominated the liquefaction process.Three catalysts of K_(2)CO_(3),FeS+S and KOH show high catalytic activity in the liquefaction of the Xilingol lignite in the supercritical water in the N_(2) atmosphere.The order of the catalytic activity from high to low is K_(2)CO_(3),FeS+S,KOH,with K_(2)CO_(3) demonstrating the highest catalytic activity and leading to the highest liquefaction conversion and OWG yield as 46.5%and 42.2%,respectively,at 420℃.The atmosphere also has obviously effects on the liquefaction of the Xilingol lignite in the supercritical water.Among different atmospheres,the liquefaction activity of the Xilingol lignite is the highest in the CO atmosphere,and the highest liquefaction conversion and OWG yield are obtained as 52.2%and 44.4%,respectively,at 420℃.This is because CO shift reaction takes place in the CO atmosphere and it supplies active H in situ thus promoting the increase in the oil and gas yield and liquefaction conversion.
