摘　　要：蒲松龄在《聊斋志异》中描述了华北地区基层社会中的诸多契约现象,复原了民间契约实践的动态过程,为研究山东以及华北地区的契约文化提供了重要素材。而蒲松龄对华北契约现象的描述体现了其明显的契约意识以及基层社会契约的运行机制,即官有政法,人从私契;以信为本,守信重义;善恶有别,因果报应。Pu Songling described many contract phenomena in the grassroots society in North China in strange Tales from LiaoZhai ZhiYi,and recovered the dynamic process of folk contract practice,providing important materials for the study of the contract culture in Shandong and North China.Pu songling's description of the contract phenomenon in North China reflects his obvious contract consciousness and the way to maintain the grassroots society,that is,the official has the law and the people follow the private contract;Take faith as the foundation,and keep faith over righteousness;Good and evil,karma.
