免疫球蛋白治疗犬椎间盘突出引起的无菌性神经根炎的探讨

摘　　要：成年雪纳瑞犬前肢运动机能障碍,颈部疼痛,呈现明显神经根压迫症状,转诊到有MRI(磁共振成像)的宠物医院进行全脊柱核磁共振检查,发现该犬存在第3、4颈椎椎间盘及第6、7颈椎椎间盘向椎管内突出,椎间盘的髓核脱水变性,确诊为颈椎椎间盘突出引发的无菌性神经炎症。经非甾体类固醇类抗炎药与犬用免疫球蛋白治疗效果对比分析,用非甾体类固醇抗炎药虽然有一定疗效,但其引起的并发症也比较多且严重,用免疫球蛋白治疗效果极其显著,未见临床并发症。Adult schnauzer dogs have forelimb motor dysfunction,neck pain,and obvious symptoms of nerve root compression.They were referred to a pet hospital with MRI(magnetic resonance imaging)for a full spine MRI.The dog was found to have the third and fourth cervical vertebrae.The intervertebral disc and the sixth and seventh cervical intervertebral discs were herniated into the spinal canal,and the nucleus pulposus of the intervertebral disc was dehydrated and degenerated.It was diagnosed as aseptic neuroinflammation caused by the herniated cervical disc.According to the comparative analysis of the therapeutic effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and immunoglobulins for dogs,although nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have a certain effect,they also cause more and serious complications.Treatment with immunoglobulins The effect was extremely significant,and no clinical complications were seen.
