蛋鸡禽白血病与沙门菌混合感染的实验室诊断

摘　　要：为了确定引起河北省张家口市沙城地区某蛋鸡场饲养的海兰褐蛋鸡发病和死亡原因,对送检的病死鸡进行病理剖检,同时无菌取病鸡的肝脏、脾脏、肺脏等脏器和血液,进行细菌分离、鉴定、药敏试验和血清学诊断。通过ELISA方法检测发病鸡群所产鸡蛋蛋清中禽白血病P27(ALV-P27)抗原。细菌分离、鉴定和血清学试验结果表明为沙门菌,该菌对庆大霉素、恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考、阿莫西林、链霉素均敏感,检测30枚蛋中有7枚P27抗原为阳性。表明该送检病例是禽白血病与沙门菌混合感染的结果。In order to determine the cause of the morbidity and death of hyline brown laying hens raised in a laying hen farm in Shacheng district,Zhangjiakou city,Hebei province,pathological necropsy was performed on the sick and dead chickens submitted for inspection,and the liver,spleen,lungs and other organs of the sick chickens were aseptically taken.And blood,carry out bacterial isolation,identification,drug sensitivity test and serological diagnosis.The avian leukemia P27(ALV-P27)antigen in the egg whites produced by diseased chickens was detected by ELISA.Bacterial isolation,identification and serological test results showed that it was salmonella,which was sensitive to gentamicin,enrofloxacin,florfenicol,amoxicillin,and streptomycin.7 out of 30 eggs were detected P27 antigen is positive.It shows that the case submitted for inspection is the result of a mixed infection of avian leukemia and salmonella.
