摘　　要：白祯祥教授结合多年临床诊疗经验,认为在脱疽的发病中,肾虚为本贯穿始终,并提出补肾法贯穿整个疾病治疗过程,临床疗效显著,为中医治疗脱疽提供新的诊疗思路。Based on many years of clinical diagnosis and treatment experience,Professor BAI Zhenxiang believes that kidney deficiency is the basis for the onset of gangrene,and proposed that the method of nourishing the kidney runs through the whole disease treatment process.The clinical effect is remarkable,and it provides new diagnosis and treatment ideas for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gangrene.
