摘　　要：周恩超教授认为慢性肾脏病3~5期水肿基本病机主要在于肺、脾、肾气衰伴随功能失职、三焦壅滞以及水湿潴留,强调细辨脏腑阴阳、兼顾标本虚实,治疗推崇平补、调运助化、散滞通畅水道、和缓利水兼顾升降、泄涩、气血、瘀浊多个方面。深度结合临床与古籍,探寻总结周教授辨治经验,传承其学术思想。Professor ZHOU Enchao believes that the pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease stages 3 to 5 edema includes failure of qi in the lungs,spleen and kidney,dysfunction of the three organs,the stagnation of the sanjiao waterway,retention of water-dampness,meanwhile emphasis on distinguishing zangfu organs,yin and yang,branch and root,asthenia and sthenia.The treatment focuses on mild tonification to treat the root,regulating function to promote water metabolism,expelling pathogen to clear triple warmers,as well as diuresis for removing edema promotes gentleness,and takes functional activities of qi’s going up and down,arresting seminal emission,qi and blood,stasis and turbidity into consideration.Deeply integrate clinical and ancient books,explore and summarize the tutor’s experience in differentiation and treatment,and inherit his academic thoughts.
