摘 要:为了进一步改善履带式拖拉机的传动性能,利用有限元分析技术展开设计。根据履带式拖拉机的变速箱体内部各轴系的位置关系与承受载荷程度,结合履带式拖拉机田间作业环境特点,充分将组成部件离散化,利用ANSYS进行分析,得到变速箱体压力分布云图,达到预期优化目标并进行性能试验。试验表明:变速箱内部组合结构局部优化后,固有频率试验值与有限元模拟值相对误差控制在7%以内,振型特征显示良好;试验测得的应力值与有限元分析下的应力值相比,两者误差不大,可保持在10%以内,满足强度与刚度作业要求。该组合结构优化有效避开了共振区与应力集中区,可为拖拉机和其他类似农业动力机械结构深度优化提供方向。In order to further improve the transmission performance of the crawler tractor,from the perspective of promoting the rationality of the combination structure of the gearbox,the finite element analysis technology was used to carry out the design.According to the position relationship and the load bearing degree of each shafting in the gearbox of the crawler tractor,combined with the characteristics of the field working environment of the crawler tractor,the components were fully discretized,and the pressure distribution cloud of the gearbox was obtained by using ANSYS.The expected optimization goal was achieved and the performance test was carried.The results showed that the relative error between the natural frequency test value and the finite element simulation value was controlled within 7% after the local optimization of the internal composite structure of gearbox,and the vibrational mode characteristics were well displayed.The error between the test stress value and the stress value under the finite element analysis is small,which could be kept within 10% to meet the requirements of strength and rigidity.The optimization of the combined structure could effectively avoid the resonance area and stress concentration area,and would provide direction for the depth optimization of tractors and other similar agricultural power machinery structures.
