体育态度与行为的代际传递现象及机制研究--基于观察学习理论视角

摘　　要：围绕家庭代际间信息传递的机制进行研究,为促进家庭内部各成员之间相互学习,形成和谐的系统循环,提供理论与数据支撑,助推全民健身大环境的创造。研究运用问卷调查法,通过数据分析软件R-4.0.5,检验代际间的信息传递对子代体育态度与行为的影响,基于观察学习理论对代际传递机制进行系统分析。研究发现:子代在体育态度与体育行为的趋向上存在明显的性别差异;子代的体育态度表现出文化代际传递现象;父代作为家庭体育的主导力量,显著影响子代的体育态度与行为;以观察学习理论为基础分析影响子代体育态度与行为的机制,可由认同触发个体认知的建立、反应结果的价值诱发行为动因、榜样示范的替代性强化作用以及动作再现的符号表征转变四方面解释。The study focuses on the mechanism of intergenerational information transfer within families,aiming to provide theoretical and data support for the formation of a harmonious systemic cycle of mutual learning among family members,and to promote sports participation for all.Researchers used questionnaires and R-4.0.5 to examine the influence of intergenerational information transfer on offspring's sports attitudes and behaviors,and conducted a systematic analysis of the intergenerational transfer mechanism based on“observational learning theory”.As shown in the paper:there were significant gender differences in the tendency of offspring's sports attitudes and behaviors;offspring's sports attitudes were influenced by their mothers'education and showed the phenomenon of cultural intergenerational transmission;the father,as the dominant force in family sports,significantly influenced offspring's sports attitudes and behaviors;the mechanism of influencing offspring's sports attitudes and behaviors based on observational learning theory could be analyzed by four aspects:recognition triggers the establishment of individual cognition,the value of response results induces behavioral motivation,the alternative reinforcement effect of role modeling,and the symbolic representation shift of action reproduction.
