摘 要:目的:探索体操吊环慢用力动作肌肉发力特点和时序,为专项力量训练制定个性化方案提供理论参考和实践指导。方法:采用三维影像解析、表面肌电监测、动力学仿真等研究方法,对吊环慢用力动作进行综合分析。结果:结合建立的动力学模型输出的模拟数据和表面肌电的有关数据分析,在整个慢用力动作过程中,表面肌电所测量数据及变化趋势和动力学仿真结果高度吻合,验证了该技术动作动力学模型的可靠性,同时研究表明“吊环十字压上成水平十字支撑”动作过程中肩关节周围肌群的发力存在一定的时序性。结论:创建的首个“吊环十字压上成水平十字支撑”慢用力动作组合动力学模型,实现了该动作的动力学仿真,揭示了动作过程的肌肉用力特点和基本规律,为其力量训练提供了依据。Objective:To explore the characteristics and time sequence of muscle force of slow force movement in the gymnastics rings,and to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for specific strength training which needs to develop personalized programs;Methods:Using methods of 3D image analysis,surface EMG monitoring,dynamics simulation and so on to make comprehensive analysis of the slow force motion of the lifting rings;Results:Combined with the established dynamic model outputs the simulation data and the surface EMG data analysis,in the process of the whole slow force action,the surface EMG measurement data and its trend of change and dynamic simulation results highly consistent,and this verifies the reliability of the dynamical model of the technical action,and at the same time,the research shows that there is a certain temporal sequence of the force generated by the muscles around the shoulder joint during the movement of"lifting ring cross into horizontal cross support";Conclusion:The creation of the first combination dynamics model of slow force movement of"lifting ring cross into horizontal cross support"realizes the dynamic simulation of the motion.And it reveals the characteristics and basic laws of muscle exertion in the course of movement and provides the evidences for strength training.
