摘 要:分别以4,4′-联苯醚二酐(ODPA)和4,4′-(4,4′-异丙基二苯氧基)二酞酸酐(BPADA)为酸酐单体、2,2-双[4-(4-氨基苯氧基苯)]六氟丙烷(HFBAPP)为胺类单体,采用两步法制备了两种聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜(PI-1和PI-2)。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对薄膜的结构进行了表征,采用差示扫描量热仪和热重分析仪对薄膜的热性能进行了测试,结果表明,PI-1和PI-2薄膜失重5%时的温度分别为543.19℃和553.82℃,玻璃化转变温度分别为230℃和210℃;通过阻抗分析仪对薄膜的介电性能进行了表征,结果表明,通过引入含氟官能团和醚键,有效降低了PI的介电常数,PI-1和PI-2薄膜在1 MHz下的介电常数分别为1.30和1.32,介电损耗分别为0.046和0.052;通过紫外-可见分光光度计和接触角测量仪分别对薄膜的光透过率和疏水性进行了测试,结果表明,波长在690 nm时两种薄膜的光透过率达到80%以上,制备的薄膜表现出良好的疏水性,水接触角均在96°左右。Two polyimide(PI)films(PI-1 and PI-2)were synthesized by two steps with 4,4′-diphenyl ether dianhydride(ODPA),4,4′-(4,4′-isopropyldiphenyloxy)phthalic anhydride(BPADA)as anhydride monomer respectively and 2,2-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxybenzene)]hexafluoropropane(HFBAPP)as amine monomer.The structures of the films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,the thermal properties of the films were tested by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analyzer.The results show that the temperature of the PI-1 and PI-2 film at 5%weight loss are 543.19℃and 553.82℃respectively,and the glass transition temperature are 230℃and 210℃respectively.Impedance analyser was explored to character the dielectric properties of the films.The results show that the introduction of fluorine-containing functional groups and ether bonds can effectively reduce the dielectric constant of PI,the dielectric constant of PI-1 and PI-2 film are 1.30 and 1.32 at 1 MHz,the dielectric loss are 0.046 and 0.052 at 1 MHz.The light transmittance and hydrophobicity of the films were tested by UV-vis photometer and contact angle meter,and the results show that the light transmittance of the two films reach above 80%at 690 nm,the prepared films exhibits good hydrophobicity and their water contact angles are about 96°.
